Dr. Alyssa Orlando is the Senior Director of Graduate and Professional Enrollment at Clark University, where she leads strategy across a diverse portfolio of graduate and professional programs. With a career rooted in enrollment management, she brings a systems-driven approach to recruitment, admission, and student access.
Alyssa’s research and professional practice center on equity in graduate education, with particular emphasis on bias within holistic admission processes. Her work bridges data-informed decision-making with inclusive policy design, translating research into actionable enrollment strategy.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College, her master’s degree from Boston College, and completed her Ph.D. in Leadership in Education at the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2024.
