Mike Nazareth is a professional administrator with thirty-three years of experience in admissions (graduate, transfer, undergraduate), recruiting, name exchanges, management, campus visits, program development & coordination, enrollment, undergraduate summer research programs and marketing. He is the inaugural Director of Graduate Recruiting and Undergraduate Research in the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering at the University of Florida since 2014. Prior for 16 years, he was the inaugural Director of Graduate Recruiting in the College of Engineering at the University of Michigan. Mike's early years began as the Coordinator of High School/Community Relations at the College of Southern Idaho in 1994 and a Junior High School Mathematics Teacher in 1993. Mike received his Bachelors degree from Boise State Univeristy followed by many graduate level courses in higher education administration from the University of Idaho. In 2015, Mike created and launched ENGINE, Engineering National Graduate Institutional Name Exchange. In 2025, Mike received the NAGAP Promotion of Excellence Award and was honored at the Annual Conference in San Franciso.
