A purpose-driven enrollment management and marketing leader and consultant, Marcus is the Senior Director of Client Success at Direct Development. He joined DD in 2023 after more than 16 years in graduate enrollment management at Roger Williams University and the University of New Haven. He has provided consulting services to a variety of institutions including Bastyr University, Columbia University, Peabody College, Quinnipiac University, University of Dallas, University of San Diego, and more.
Marcus has presented widely on enrollment management and marketing at regional and national conferences and completed his third term on the NAGAP Board of Directors in 2020. He was awarded the NAGAP Distinguished Service Award in 2023 and was the founding president of NEGAP, the New England Association for Graduate Enrollment Management.
