Donna Wang Su (she/her/Ms.) serves as Northwestern University’s Director of Financial Aid, Chicago Campus, which supports the Feinberg School of Medicine, Pritzker School of Law, Kellogg Evening & Weekend MBA, Physical Therapy, Prosthetics-Orthotics, Physician Assistant, and School of Professional Studies - Graduate and Undergraduate students. Since joining Northwestern in 2006, she has held multiple enrollment management roles blending financial strategy, policy, and technology. Donna earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and previously worked in technology and corporate finance. While working full-time at Northwestern, she completed a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration with graduate certificates in business leadership, higher education, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. She is currently an executive doctoral candidate at the University of Pennsylvania, researching financial transparency and wellness programming in graduate education, supported by the NAGAP 2025 Gold Grant and an aKDPhi Changemakers Grant.
In addition to her administrative work, Donna has taught “Startup Finance for the Gig Economy” as an adjunct lecturer and contributes as a conference speaker and panelist. Her writing appears in A Comprehensive Guide to Graduate Enrollment Management (2024). Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her two teenage children and indulging in the occasional bourbon tastings.
