Jennifer Kiger Chapman is a GEM professional with marketing and recruitment experience at the graduate and undergraduate levels. She has worked at a variety of institutions including a small, private liberal arts college, a top-50 medical research institution, and a mid-sized public university where she currently represents 20+ graduate business programs.
After earning undergraduate and graduate degrees in the biomedical sciences, Jennifer discovered talents in marketing and communication and chose to focus her passion for serving others in an academic setting. In her current role, Jennifer continues to use a scientific approach when evaluating processes, analyzing data, and implementing new projects or changes, which helps her team focus their efforts on activities that impact enrollment growth. She has an innovative mindset and enjoys the fast-paced and ever-changing nature of GEM.
Jennifer currently leads the graduate recruitment efforts for the Bryan School of Business and Economics at University of North Carolina Greensboro. She has the pleasure of working alongside graduate recruitment staff, graduate assistants, student and alumni ambassadors, and program directors, to measurably increase graduate program enrollments. Since her arrival at the Bryan School, graduate program enrollment has increased by 75%, from 430 in Spring 2020 to 760 in Spring 2026.
