Angelo Lambroschino, M.A., is a seasoned higher education administrator with over a decade of experience in undergraduate and graduate enrollment management. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Stony Brook University and a master’s degree from Caldwell University. As Graduate Recruitment Manager for the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science at Lehigh University (Bethlehem, PA), he develops and implements data-informed recruitment strategies across multiple programs to drive enrollment, engagement, and student success. He balances strategic vision with a relational and radically collaborative approach, connecting students, alumni, faculty, staff, and nontraditional stakeholders in new and meaningful ways.
Angelo serves on the PAGAP Executive Board as Membership Chair and is a member of the NAGAP Membership Committee. He was selected as one of twelve cohort members of the 2025–2026 NAGAP Leadership Academy. Angelo promotes professional development, community, and shared success in graduate admissions. He approaches recruitment optimistically as both a strategic and adventurous process. Outside of work, it brings him joy to give back to the community by regularly engaging in volunteer, public speaking, and mentorship opportunities.
