Jillian Baer is a Client Success Director for ResidencyCAS at Liaison, where she partners with associations and residency programs to champion successful adoption and strengthen the application experience—supporting the GME community in bringing in the physicians of tomorrow. With more than 15 years of experience in higher education and enrollment operations, she leads strategic onboarding, provides best-practice guidance, and collaborates across teams to enhance the user experience, improve applicant outcomes, and ensure the platform evolves to meet program needs.
Jillian began her career in graduate enrollment management (GEM), where she developed a passion for community-building and improving systems that support students. While at The Ohio State University, she co-founded the Association of Graduate and Professional Administrators (AGPA), a professional network that continues to serve graduate and professional student administrators.
She has also contributed to the GEM community through her volunteer work with NAGAP, including leadership in the Midwest chapter and support of professional development initiatives—experience that continues to inform her collaborative approach in GME.
Jillian holds an MA in Higher Education from Ohio State and a BA in Communication from Elon University.
