Erin D. Rice serves as Associate Director of Graduate Recruitment at the University of Florida Graduate School, where she leads strategic graduate recruitment initiatives across a comprehensive research institution. She works closely with graduate units to strengthen and support their recruitment efforts, expand pipeline development strategies, and build sustainable partnerships that enhance visibility and access to UF’s graduate programs. She also supports prospective students who are exploring and preparing to begin their graduate school journey, providing guidance and connection points throughout the recruitment process.
Since joining the Graduate School in 2015, Erin has held progressive roles spanning recruitment, student engagement, and retention-focused programming. She has led and scaled signature initiatives, including the Campus Visitation Program and Graduate Student Appreciation Week, fostering cross-campus collaboration and creating meaningful touchpoints for prospective and current graduate students. She approaches recruitment as both strategic and relational — grounded in data-informed decision-making, authentic communication, and long-term partnership development.
A proud double Gator, Erin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Master of Science in Management from the Hough Graduate School of Business. She serves as Florida State Representative for SEAGAP and is an active member of NAGAP.
