Shaniece Miller serves as the Director of Admissions in the Graduate College at North Carolina A&T State University, the largest Historically Black College and University (HBCU) in the nation. In this role, she leads strategic initiatives that advance graduate enrollment, strengthen student success, and support the university’s mission of academic excellence and access.
With more than 12 years of experience in graduate education, Shaniece has developed a strong track record in recruitment, retention, student services, professional development, and organizational leadership. She is dedicated to creating pathways that enhance the graduate student experience, foster inclusive engagement, and support academic and professional achievement across diverse student populations.
Shaniece is also an active contributor to the graduate enrollment management profession. She previously served on the TxGAP Board of Directors, including a term as Conference Chair, where she helped drive statewide professional development efforts. She currently serves on NAGAP’s Conference Committee, bringing her expertise to the planning and delivery of high‑quality programming for graduate enrollment professionals nationwide.
Driven by a commitment to service and educational equity, Shaniece continues to champion innovation, collaboration, and student-centered practices within the graduate education community.
