Please provide a one-paragraph overview of the session. (200 words or less): This session would provide the audience with the step-by-step process of how the Enrollment & Marketing Team of Tufts University's Schools of Medicine and the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences produced a Graduate Strategic Enrollment Management report that provides an internal blueprint for the next three years of admissions and marketing for each program. Presentation to include: what is SEM/G-SEM, getting buy-in from school leadership, literature review on SEM and G-SEM, faculty buy-in and support, development of committees and SEM organizational framework, what data is needed, creating enrollment models, how we analyzed the data to create our goals, strategy and tactic development, putting together the report, sharing the report with constituents, implementing the report, and what we learned about the whole process (i.e. what recommendations we would give to others considering doing this project).

Define Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) and Graduate Strategic Enrollment Management (G-SEM) and explain their importance in higher education.
