Sarah Peake is a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in postsecondary education administration and a proven record of driving institutional transformation. Currently serving as Director of Graduate Academic Services at the University of Toronto, she leads a multi-unit team delivering academic services and policy implementation for more than 20,000 graduate students across three campuses.
Her career spans senior leadership roles in registrarial services, academic transformation, and flexible learning initiatives. Previously, Sarah held positions such as Executive Director of Integration & Transformation at George Brown College and Associate Registrar of Enrolment Services at Humber College, where she spearheaded major projects including SIS and LMS implementation, enrolment management frameworks, and modernization of admissions and registration systems.
A collaborative and equity-oriented professional, Sarah is committed to fostering inclusion and belonging for students and staff. She is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, recipient of the Humber President’s Distinguished Administrative Staff Award, and holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration and Leadership from Royal Roads University.
