Molly Smith is an experienced enrollment leader with a passion for higher education. For over two decades, she has served in enrollment, marketing, and administration, advancing from admission counselor to Vice President over the course of her career.
Currently serving as the Vice President for External Engagement for the North American Coalition for Christian Admissions Professionals and as an independent consultant, she partners with organizations to support strategic growth and goal achievement. Smith also serves as the Executive Director for the Southern California Christian Colleges & Universities collaborative association.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication, a master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Studies, and a doctorate in Strategic Leadership.
