It is my pleasure to introduce Dr. Christopher A. Lewis, a distinguished higher education leader with more than two decades of experience in student affairs, enrollment management, and graduate education. As Director of Graduate Programs at the University of Michigan-Flint, he has increased enrollment, strengthened admissions processes, and expanded student engagement through innovative initiatives such as the Victors in Grad School and Law School Insider podcasts.
A NASPA Foundation Pillar of the Profession, Dr. Lewis has served in multiple national leadership roles in NASPA, including Chair of the Student Affairs Partnering with Academic Affairs (SAPAA) Knowledge Community and co-producer of NASPA’s SA Voices from the Field podcast. In NAGAP he has been a member of the Membership Committee and a NAGAP mentor over a numbver of years.
Dr. Lewis has also held key positions at Lansing Community College, Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, the University of Wisconsin-Manitowoc, and Grand Valley State University. His work reflects a deep commitment to student success, equity, and access.
An author, presenter, and community leader, Dr. Lewis shares his expertise nationally while serving locally as an elected school board member and dedicated Rotarian.
