As the Director of Graduate Enrollment at Kutztown University, Kittie has redefined the student journey—marrying high-level communication strategy with a rigorous, full-scale migration to Slate, redefining policies and tightening up procedures.
A seasoned NAGAP member and former PAGAP chapter leader, she is known for a "boots-on-the-ground" approach to innovation. Whether she’s leveraging data to boost enrollment across four colleges at Kutztown, launching digital marketing at McDaniel College, or building corporate partnerships for Drew University, Kittie’s focus remains the same: operational excellence. A frequent speaker at NAGAP and PAGAP, she is a recognized expert in marketing, international fraud prevention, and the art of the "small office" hustle. Kittie holds a BA from McDaniel College, a master’s from Drew University, and is finishing her EDD at Saint Peter’s University.
