Caitlin Biddulph is a higher education leader and Director of Admissions with a goal of expanding access to graduate business education. Her career has taken her from teaching English in South Korea to managing a language school in England, and now to leading admissions strategy for MBA and specialized master’s programs at the University of Oregon. Last year she completed her EdD, where her research explored how business schools are adapting recruitment strategies to build diverse student populations.
