Bettsy McKlaine currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management for Graduate, Adult and Online Programs at Neumann University in Aston, PA. A strategic and results-driven leader in higher education, she brings over 14 years of progressive experience in enrollment management, with expertise spanning undergraduate, transfer, adult, online, and graduate enrollment & marketing.
Throughout her career, Bettsy has demonstrated a strong commitment to student access and institutional growth, driving initiatives that enhance recruitment, retention, and enrollment outcomes. Her leadership in the graduate enrollment space was nationally recognized in 2023 when she received the Future Leader Award from the National Association for Graduate Enrollment Management (NAGAP). In addition, she is a graduate of the NAGAP Leadership Academy, serves as a NAGAP mentor, and on the NAGAP Professional Development Committee as well as a PAGAP past President & current board member.
Bettsy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary and Special Education and a Master’s degree in Organizational and Strategic Leadership from Neumann University. She also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rosemont College.
