The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Roundtable provides an interactive forum for graduate enrollment professionals to discuss strategies that advance equity and access within graduate education. The roundtable is designed as an open forum for conversation and shared reflection on DEI issues impacting higher education and graduate enrollment management. This session provides a safe space for participants to openly discuss current challenges, evolving institutional contexts, and the ways in which diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives intersect with graduate recruitment, admissions, and student support.
